Kennesaw Spectator 1994-1995

Jarrod Cline and Lon Roberts, Jr. met while attending a politics and policy formulation class at Kennesaw State College. Both perceived a liberal bias in the student newspaper, "The Sentinel," and created "The Kennesaw Spectator" as a conservative counterpoint. Cline and Roberts intended that the newspaper would challenge prevailing attitudes. Many topics and opinions were selected to provoke debate. "The Kennesaw Spectator" was published from May 1994 to June 1995, with a total of six issues. It was created and distributed by Cline and Roberts and funded by community donations. The collection consists of three issues: v. 1 n. 1 (May 1994), v. 1 n. 2 (September 1994), and v. 2. n.3 (June 1995). Each issue contains eight pages.
